It can reveal alignment, printing and surface texture, but it does not provide the whole story. A convincing front view is useful evidence of appearance; it is not a movement inspection or a measurement of case thickness.

Ask for comparable angles

A straight-on dial view helps when examining marker placement and the relationship between the hands, printing and dial furniture. Oblique images add information about the bezel edge, crystal and case profile. Comparing two watches is easier when both are shown at a similar scale and angle. Differences in distance and perspective can otherwise look like differences in proportion.

Treat colour cautiously

White balance, reflections and screen settings all affect the way a dial or metal finish appears. A warm photograph does not establish that a case has an incorrect gold tone, just as a darker photograph does not establish a different dial colour. Several photographs under consistent lighting are more useful than a single highly processed image.

Separate visible evidence from unknowns

Photographs can support observations about what is visible. They do not, by themselves, confirm water resistance, long-term reliability, alloy composition or the exact movement inside a closed case. A useful review explains those limits instead of turning the absence of an obvious flaw into proof of complete accuracy.

Learn how lighting, camera angles and image processing affect replica watch photos, and which details need more than a picture.

[18

post-26","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-watch-knowledge
["GET
